Challenge
Early-stage SMEs across the Black Country required structured business support to improve commercial resilience, digital capability, and readiness for growth. Many businesses lacked formal planning, financial clarity, and confidence to progress independently.

Intervention
Launch Start-Up was commissioned to deliver a funded business support programme combining:

• Structured workshops

• One-to-one advisory sessions

• Business diagnostics and action planning
  Delivery focused on practical implementation rather than theory.
